What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by category — typically 50 grams for gold bullion, 5 kilograms for silver, and 10 pieces for jewellery lines. Our trade desk can tailor lot sizes for first orders while you evaluate us.
Do you sell to individual retail customers?
No. Mexion is a wholesale-only house. We supply registered businesses — jewellery retailers, bullion traders, manufacturers and institutions — and a valid GST registration is required to open a trade account.
How is my rate fixed?
Rates are benchmarked to the live Delhi bullion market and locked with our trade desk at the moment of order confirmation. The locked rate appears on your GST invoice — what you confirm is what you pay.
Is every product hallmarked and certified?
Yes. Gold jewellery carries BIS hallmarking, bullion ships with assay certificates and serial numbers, and diamonds are certified by GIA or IGI. Certificates travel with every consignment.
How is delivery secured?
Every order is sealed, fully insured in transit and moved through vetted secure-logistics partners with end-to-end tracking. Handover is against signature and ID verification at your registered address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS) against a GST invoice is standard. Long-standing partners may qualify for structured credit terms — speak to the trade desk once your account has a transaction history.
